Bible reading help

February 2nd, 2009

A blogging buddy of mine John Finkelde has written a plan to help people with reading the Bible. It is called, “60 Days in the New Testament” and includes a number of readings from the Bible.

Each reading has a short introduction to explain the background of the chapter and has some key verses to reflect on as you read. The pages can be downloaded to your computer to use or they can be read on the website (C3 Hepburn Heights). The page also has eight short video that gives you tips to help you maximise your Bible reading.

If you are someone who finds it hard to read your Bible or perhaps you have never looked at the Bible, this would be a great place to start. I really believe that reading the Bible is one of the best things we can do in our life. Not only is it a great read, but it has the power of God contained within it to change our lives and the lives of those around us.
